Free FedEx GROUND shipping on retail orders over $99
Applies to orders within the 48 contiguous states only. If you qualify for free shipping it will be noted on the Shipping section at check out. The free shipping cut off only refers to product purchased, and not to applicable taxes or shipping costs. The total product cost before or after any promotional discounts must equal more than $99.00 for free shipping to come into effect.  Free shipping offer is valid for FedEx ground shipping or USPS Priority Mail when applicable.

Orders ship within 48 hours after order is placed. Orders placed after 2:00 pm MST will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm MST will ship out on the following Monday, unless it is a holiday and/or our shipping facilities are closed.  FedEx Ground does not ship out on Saturday, they are closed for outbound shipping on weekends.

Free Gift Pack shipping 
The same rules for general free shipping apply to our free gift packs shipping offer. Offer applies to orders within the 48 contiguous states only. If you qualify for free shipping it will be noted on the Shipping section at check out. Shipping 
Superfood Snacks ships orders within 48 hours of being placed, however it is usually on the next business day  Exceptions would be holiday weekends and circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you if there are problems with a product and it cannot be shipped right away.  FedEx ground shipping is our most popular choice, it is economical and fast.  Shipping time for orders placed with FedEx ground shipping take between 2-4 days depending on location.  East coast usually takes 4 shipping days, West coast is faster with Arizona being the quickest at 2 shipping days.  Rocky mountain region should be 2-3 days with Fedex ground, possibly sooner.  Orders placed by 2 PM Mountain time may ship the same day.  


Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders 
If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possibly so we may remedy the situation. 


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy 
Products may be returned or exchanged if they are returned in resale able condition (e.g. unopened and undamaged). Please email or call us for approval before returning product to Superfood Snacks. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Customer will pay return shipping costs. Credit will only be given after the product/products are returned and inspected. Sorry, refunds will not be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase receipt. 

Shipping refunds will only be given in the case of damaged products and only up to the cost of regular FedEx Ground shipping charges.

International Orders (outside of the U.S.)
Refunds of express or upgraded shipping or international shipping can not be honored. The Customer is responsible for all Customs and brokerage fees for international orders and agrees to pay return shipping on products refused by Customs or the Customer. The Customer is responsible for understanding all applicable Laws with regard to importing our goods and related fees. The customer can provide specific instructions for international orders at time of order with regard to shipping method and declarations. 

Credit card orders are welcome after initial international order. For shipping quotes please send all contact and address information. You may also use FedEx (www.fedex.com) or USPS (www.usps.com) websites. We will ship however you desire.

SHIPPING RATES TO CANADA VIA FEDEX ARE ESTIMATES ONLY.  DUE TO BORDER TAXES, ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY.  WE WILL CONTACT YOU PRIOR TO SHIPPING.  FREE GROUND SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE CANADA OR MEXICO.
