"So producing milk takes a lot of energy and if you don't eat enough it can be really bad. All of a sudden you get weak and kinda shaky and NEED food. Really you have to eat more when breastfeeding than when pregnant. So this just happened to me since I have been busy and did not have lunch yet. And of course it happened right when Mica (my son) needed to go down for a nap and I could not make any food.
