Our Hawaiian deep salt, which can also be known as “solar salt,” is harvested naturally without any harsh chemical additives and may be considerably lower in sodium than refined table salt.  

Hawaiian deep sea salt is created through a process of channeling ocean water into trays, allowing the wind and the sun to naturally evaporate the water, leaving behind the rather coarse and flaky salt.
